II-Agent Chat is now live. It’s a feature within II-Agent that lets you work across multiple models and tools in one place. The web-hosted version comes with Gemini 3, Sonnet 4.5, and GPT-5 ready to use out of the box. You can connect your own API keys, switch models within a single thread, and use them alongside Claude Skills, GPT-5 Code Interpreter, and text file search.

II-Agent, the system powering Chat, is now state-of-the-art on Terminal Bench 2, the definitive benchmark for quantifying an agent's mastery of terminal environments. The same architecture delivering that performance drives today’s release.

II-Agent Chat gives you a single place to work across multiple frontier models, tools, and your own data.

At launch, II-Agent includes integrations with:

• Gemini 3: Experience the next leap in multimodal reasoning and speed, fully accessible within the chat for complex problem solving.
• GPT-5: Go beyond simple chat with full Code Interpreter support for unparalleled data analysis and automation.
• Claude Sonnet 4.5: Now seamlessly woven into the II-Agent fabric, from Code Interpreter to advanced Skills.

With Bring Your Own Key (BYOK), you can plug in major AI providers and choose the model that fits each task. Switch models within the same conversation, keep the full history, and move between lightweight summarisation, deep reasoning, and file search without changing the interface. We are also actively working on a code sandbox for any model switching.

The new text file search lets you use your own data directly in chat. Documents, code repositories, and PDFs become a searchable context layer:

• Ask questions about long technical manuals
• Find where specific functions, APIs, or terms appear in your code
• Pull figures, constraints, or definitions from large reports

II-Agent handles retrieval and routing so you can work from one interface instead of juggling tools and tabs.
